MORE ABOUT ME

My name is Carmine Petrozziello. I'm proud to have grown up in a multi-generational manufacturing family. Since childhood I have been intrigued by industry and spent significant amounts of my time in factories and on jobsites, asking questions, and learning directly from others. As a young man I swept floors and pulled orders from the warehouse with my siblings after school. As a teenager I spent my summers as an apprentice to Master Machinists and Fabricators in my father's machine shop. There I learned the intricacies of machine tool design and manufacture, metallurgy, welding, fabrication, etc. As an adult I worked closely with my father in his thermoplastic extrusion and fabrication business, dedicating countless hours learning about sales, quoting, process design, facility layout, management techniques, and so much more.

Throughout the years my career constantly progressed, as I always faced the next opportunity or challenge head on with my bootstraps tight. I have worked with large established manufacturers and startups alike, to refine, (re)design, layout, improve, or commission departments and/or entire facilities with a keen eye on impact and efficiency. Collaborating with companies to create landfill diversion and waste reduction plans is a particular point of pride for me. These plans are effective at reducing the environmental impact of operations; and managing the environmental aspect of business is essential if we're going to be good stewards of the planet! I was taught that preserving resources and reducing waste was the right way of doing things long before it became trendy. As my father once told me, "If you have enough of anything, it's an asset. If you mismanage it, then it becomes a liability."

Seeing firsthand the many challenges that can arise on a daily basis inspired me to turn 25+ years of practical problem solving experience into a consultancy. I believe in maintaining a positive mindset at all times, creating symbiotic partnerships, and providing beneficial outcomes for my clients.
