ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Carmine Petrozziello is proud to have grown up in a multi-generational manufacturing family. He'd always been intrigued by how things worked. So, from a young age he dedicated himself to spending time in factories, warehouses, and on jobsites. He was always curious and asking questions to gain knowledge and understanding directly from the masters of their respective craft. After school days the warehouse with siblings is where he could be found sweeping floors or picking customer orders to ship UPS. During high-school summer breaks he was an apprentice in the family's metal fabrication / tool & die shop where he learned the intricacies of machine tool design and manufacture, metallurgy, welding, fabrication and more. As an adult he worked closely with his father and grand-father in the family thermoplastic extrusion and fabrication business, dedicating countless hours learning about sales, quoting, process design, facility layout, management techniques, and so much more. Throughout the years constantly progressing, and always facing the next opportunity or challenge head on with bootstraps tight, led him to working with large established manufacturers and startups alike, to refine, (re)design, layout, improve, or commission departments and/or entire facilities with a keen eye on impact and efficiency.
